You have to remember that our brain has two systems: a rational system and a emotional one. We use the emotional one the most.

Don’t tell Bart that using your emotional brain is for 95%. That's real BS, Bart said.

Why you need to know about the two systems: Some strange optimization stuff is working within system 1 like pop ups. We always tell each other that pop ups don’t work (ratio), but Bart tested it: and it did work (emotion)
System 2 needs focus, so you need to know when you use system 2 or system 1 on your website
