That was a nice wake up this morning. Claire Vo really did a great job. Totally agreed on her keynote. I can only make one conclusion: Claire Vo is doing A/b testing as a pro.

You shouldn’t Track results on indivudual tests

It is about Quantity

You need discipline: We run X tests a month… usually
You need vision: How many test you can run
You need to be fast: Capacity and velocity

High velocity!

Stop evaluating on a test by test basis, you have to understand to big picture

You can use the win rate but also the learnrate

Expected value is important for measuring your ROI
